These are an incredible way to connect and get going on your wellness journey!

Classes via Zoom (between 3 and 10 participants usually) are available starting at $50/person per class. In-person and classes are currently on hold and are between $60-$100/class per participant. The cost depends on materials, class size, etc. Discounts are available. Please contact me for details.
Nutrition Label and Ingredient Reading
Give Your Pantry a Makeover
Learn to interpret nutrition labels and ingredients reading with confidence. We will explore the parts and pieces of the nutrition labels on foods and also talk about how to read ingredients to find what you want and avoid what you don't. You will develop the skills you need to take a dive into your own pantry, refrigerator, and freezer to determine what you love and where you may choose to make future changes. Virtual classes are $50 per person, and in-person classes are $75 per person (when resumed).
Meal Prep & Plan Like a Pro
Practical and Effective Approach
Do you struggle at meal times? Do you feel like you could get closer to achieving your goals if you could plan healthy meals ahead of time? Learn easy, practical, and effective meal planning and preparation strategies to help make mealtime struggle a thing of the past. $50 per virtual class; $75 for in-person (when resumed).
Sleep Yourself Healthy
Learn About Sleep and Healthy Habits
Sleep is an extremely important part of wellness. In this class, you will learn about sleep, sleep cycles, why sleep is important, what may disrupt our sleep rhythms, and how you can get back on track to healthy sleep! Classes are $50 via zoom participant ($75 for in-person classes when they can safely resume). Prices include all materials.
Resilience & Thriving: The Secret Power of Stress
Learn to Work With Stress
I am certified through the National Wellness Institute and OWLS to facilitate this workshop. Core content was developed by psychologist, Dr. Joel Bennett and provides deep insight with practical applications. Do you know how to identify stressors, effectively pause and evaluate, and employ healthy management strategies? Stress is a normal part of life, but we usually aren't taught how to deal with stress--much less how to work with it. Here, we learn about the stress response and how to manage in effective and healthy ways. Zoom classes are $75 per participant. All materials and resources are included. In-person classes are $100 per participant and are currently on hold.
Building Mindfulness: Crafting a Mindful Life in the Everyday
Workshop your way to mindfulness.
What is mindfulness? What are the benefits? How do I add it to my life? Come explore the meaning and benefits of mindfulness and how to build your practice with simple and practical exercises and techniques. We emphasize that mindfulness can be acts small and large, and your practice can be unique to you. Virtual workshops are $75 per participant; in-person workshops are $100 (when resumed).

Holistic Wellness: Take Hold of Your Health Series
Learn to Make Changes to the Whole Self
This 6-part series cultivates wellness with a holistic perspective. The topics for the course are: Nutrition, Movement, Sleep, Emotional Health, Motivation and Accountability, and Building Habits for Holistic Wellness. Each class presents engaging, easy-to-understand subject matter and encourages intention and/or goal-setting in each area. We also build to understand how all of these concepts fit together, why and how they affect the other, and how you can build your own goals and intentions for wellness in your life.
Mindful Meditation Series
Exploring Mindfulness and Meditation Together
This six-part series includes sessions on the following: Self-Compassion, Loving & Living Kindness, Stress: Finding the Way Through and Beyond, Mindfulness, Self-Care in the Real World, and Resilience: Growing Out of Adversity. Each session explores a different topic and looks at how we can build these into our lives. We conclude each session with a guided meditation that's focused on the topic at hand.
L.E.A.N. Start Classes
Families and Children
L.E.A.N. Start is a series of classes geared toward parents with children ages 3-12. However, these classes also appeal to adults! These courses teach how we can incorporate healthy nutrition, exercise, attitude, and live a L.E.A.N. lifestyle! Prices are $50 per Zoom class, per participant. Currently, in-person classes are on hold but are $75 per person. Prices include all materials needed for the courses and activities.
L.E.A.N. Expectations Classes
Pregnant and Nursing Moms
L.E.A.N. Expectations is a series of classes for Pregnant/Nursing Moms or women planning to become pregnant. We focus on nutrition, exercise, attitude, and lifestyle choices that accommodate the changes and needs for Mom and Baby during this magical time! Prices are $80 per Zoom class, per participant. In-person classes are currently on hold but are $100 per person per class. Prices include all materials needed for the courses and activities.
Prime Time Health Classes
Adults & Seniors
Prime Time Health Classes are geared for adults and seniors who want to learn how to incorporate healthy nutrition, exercise, attitude, and lifestyle into their journeys and how to stay healthy! Prices are $60 for each Zoom class per participant. In-person classes are currently on hold but are $85 per participant. Prices include all materials for the class.

If you would like talks about programming for groups, get in touch, and let's talk about what we can plan together! I can present on a wide variety of health and wellness topics. Prices begin at $150 an hour, but details including travel, location, materials needed, number of participants, and other details will determine pricing.
