While indulging now and then is perfectly acceptable and can certainly exist in a healthy lifestyle, regular consumption of fast foods and junk foods can have some pretty serious consequences on our health, long-term.
While we can see certain elements of these consequences, like weight gain and skin issues, others may not be easily detectable until bio-metrics or blood-work are done. High blood pressure and arterial health, high blood sugar, insulin resistance, and unhealthy gut biome are just a few of these often silent consequences.
