Healthy Seed and Nut Bread!


I’ve been looking for a new bread recipe, and, as usual, I’ve compiled something of my own after being inspired by other bakers.


This bread is HEARTY, HEALTHY, and HUGELY DELICIOUS 🤤!


It is a nutritional heavy hitter with healthy fats, fiber, and protein. ZERO added sugars here. The texture and flavors scream that Autumn 🍂 has fallen.


Sunflower seeds, hemp hearts, chia seeds, pumpkin 🎃 seeds, ground flaxseed, a little clean protein powder, and a few other ingredients make this recipe easy to make and so good to your body and your tastebuds!


Recipe:

1 cup hulled sunflower seeds 🌻

.5 cup ground flaxseeds

.5 Pumpkin 🎃 seeds

1 cup Hemp hearts ❤️

2 TBSP chia seeds

3 TBSP Psyllium husks

1 TSP Himalayan Pink Sea Salt 🧂

1 cup Egg whites (or equivalent eggs 🥚

.5 cup Water

4 scoops Orgain Pumpkin Spice Protein Powder

Cinnamon to taste

Ginger 🫚 to taste

Pumpkin Pie 🥧 Spice to taste 👅


Method:

Preheat overnight to 350. Line a loaf pan with unbleached parchment paper 📜. Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl. Mix wet ingredients in a measuring cup. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients, and combine well. Scoop into the prepared loaf pan 🍞. Spread evenly. Bake for 40 minutes. Devour! 😋
