White Bean Chicken Sausage Chili


Are you ready for an amazing, tasty, hearty, and healthy meal?? Well, Friend, here it is. And you can have it ready in about 30 minutes.


I found these incredible organic chicken sausages by Bilinski's ( I make no money for this endorsement!). They have s

imple, delicious ingredients., and I'm on board with that! They pair perfectly with some garbanzo and cannellini beans! Add onion, celery, green chilies, and lots of spices! I used cumin, dill weed, white pepper, and garlic powder. It turned out really yummy!

Ingredients:


2 x packages of Bilinski's Organic Mild Italian Chicken Sausages (5/pk = 10/recipe)

2 x Good Truth Organic Garbanzo Beans 15 oz cans

1 x Cannelini Beans (15 oz)

2 x Mild Green Chilies, canned

1 cup diced sweet onion

1 cup diced celery

2 cups organic chicken bone broth

Cumin to taste

Dill Weed to taste

White Pepper to taste

Garlic Powder to taste

Avocado oil (distribute in bottom of pot)


Method:


Add oil to large sauté pot. Add diced onion, diced celery, and green chilies. Add spices to taste. Add bone broth. Simmer and stir on low heat.


In a separate skillet, brown chicken sausages. Turn until lightly brown on all sides. Let cool slightly, and slice into thin pieces.


Add chicken sausage slices to beans and broth mix. Allow to simmer on low heat, and stir. Let simmer about 5-10 minutes. This will be ready to serve quickly.


Serves 10-12.
