We know that movement is good for the body. Many of us hit the gym, pound the pavement, or do some combination of lots of different activities. This awesome, but it’s usually for a concentrated time period. While I’ll always support exercise efforts, it cannot replace getting movement in throughout day.
Sitting too much for long periods of time isn’t good for us. Since so many of us have desk-job’s these days, what can we do? How do we manage to fit it in?
